Dr. Mohamed Dièye holds a Postgraduate Degree in Business Law and a PhD in Tax Law from Jean Moulin University, Lyon 3. He has more than thirty years of experience acquired in one of the largest consulting firms in West Africa. He was for four years Secretary General in a major insurance company in Dakar, Senegal.
Mbayang Sarr NDIAYE
Senior Tax and Legal Consultant
Ms. Mbayang Sarr NDIAYE holds a Master's degree in Taxation from the African Institute of Taxation and Management (at ENA) and a Master's degree in International Business Law. She has fifteen years of experience in taxation and law firms especially in the fields of group taxation, global mobility services, local taxation, customs taxation, oil taxation etc.
Mrs. Ndiaye also conducts internal and external training seminars on taxation
Ousmane CAMARA
Tax and Legal Supervisor
Mr. Ousmane Camara is a PhD candidate on Senegalese mining taxation at Cheikh Anta Diop University of Dakar. He holds Master's degrees in Tax Law and in Economic and Business Law. He is also a member of the Senegalese Working Group on Electronic Commerce and has a rich experience in tax and legal advisory.

Tax and Legal Assistant
Ms. Mariama SEYE graduated from Amadou Hampaté BA University of DAKAR with a Master's
degree in Corporate Legal Advisory.
She has a wide knowledge of litigation and debt collection services.
